I had a very positive experience at this walk-in clinic. Dr. Rao and the entire team were friendly, professional, and caring throughout my visit. From the moment I walked in, the place was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. You can tell they take hygiene and professionalism seriously, which made me feel comfortable right away. Parm himself is incredibly kind, patient, and respectful. He took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing me, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely caring, but he definitely is. Overall, I left feeling well taken care of and confident in the care I received. I would highly recommend Parm to anyone looking for a nurse who is skilled, attentive, and truly cares about their patients.
