Search for your clinic above. Most are already listed from public health registries, OpenStreetMap and Google. If yours isn’t, send us the details.
Claim and verify it
Tell us your role at the clinic. We confirm you run the practice, usually from your email domain or your website, then your listing shows a Verified badge.

How big is your category?
Clinics listed in each type of care, and how many cities have a page for it. Cities need at least three clinics to get their own page.

Featured is the only paid placement
There are no banner ads and no pay-per-click. Placement is capped at two locations per clinic group on any one page, so no single business crowds a page.

Common questions
Is the free listing really free?
Yes. Adding your clinic, claiming an existing listing, showing your website link, and asking for corrections all cost nothing, with no subscription and nothing to cancel. Featured is the only paid option, and it is optional.
How does the Verified badge work?
Claim your listing and tell us your role at the clinic. We check that you actually run the practice, usually by matching your email to the clinic’s own domain or by confirming the details against your website. Once that checks out, your listing shows a Verified badge. Submitting a form or choosing a plan is not enough on its own.
What does priority placement actually mean?
City, service and province pages normally rank clinics by their Google rating weighted by how many reviews they have. Featured clinics are placed above that ranking on the pages where they appear, and can appear in the grid of clinics on the home page. That matters most where a page is crowded: family medicine in Montréal lists 329 clinics, walk-in clinics in Calgary 142, dentists in Winnipeg 122. Placement is a better position rather than a guaranteed spot, and no more than two locations from the same clinic group are promoted on any single page.
Do you offer a discount for multiple locations?
Yes, from three locations. Featured is $30 a year per location for one or two locations, $75 a year for three to six, and a flat $150 a year for seven or more. These are early clinic rates. From January 1, 2027, new subscriptions will be $79 per location, $179 and $299 a year, but anyone who signs up before then keeps their early clinic rate for as long as they stay subscribed. All prices are in Canadian dollars. For three or more locations, we set up one subscription that covers all of them.
Can I show a ClinicFinder badge on my website?
Yes, if your clinic is in the top ten for its city and category. Open your listing and choose Add badge to your website to copy the code. It sends your visitors straight to your listing, and it is entirely optional.
I already pay for a listing. Does anything change?
No. Existing subscriptions, prices and benefits stay exactly as they are, including any rate locked in when you signed up, and anything already added to your listing stays on it.
How do I update my listing?
Use the Request an Edit link on your listing. Changes are checked before they go live, usually within a few business days.
My clinic is already listed. How did you get my information?
We compile publicly available data from government health registries, OpenStreetMap and Google. Your listing is free, and you can request edits or contact us to update or remove it at any time.
Can a virtual care provider be listed?
Yes. Virtual care providers have their own virtual care section, listed by the provinces they serve rather than by city. Email info@clinicfinder.ca to be added.
Which category will my clinic appear under?
The one that matches the care you provide, such as Mental Health, Physiotherapy or Dentists. If you are listed in the wrong one, tell us and we will move you and redirect your old page.
