I don’t usually leave reviews unless I experience something truly exceptional. Taking my mom to Silvercreek Medical was one of the best decisions I made because I was looking for a doctor who would genuinely care for her with attentiveness, compassion, and intention. Dr. Joy embodies all of those qualities. She is an amazing physician, kind, friendly, patient, and incredibly thorough. She takes the time to listen, explain, and ensure her patients receive the best possible care without making them feel rushed. I was truly impressed by the level of care my mom received during our visit. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines professionalism with such genuine compassion. I highly recommend Dr. Joy to anyone looking for a physician who truly puts her patients first.
I was looking for a walk-in clinic on a Saturday around noon, and this clinic came up on Google. I decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised by how neat and clean the facility was. Having a pharmacy right beside the clinic was also very convenient. So far, this is the best medical center I have visited in Airdrie. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Babatunde Agbede was especially kind, knowledgeable, and professional throughout my visit. I highly recommend this medical clinic to anyone looking for quality healthcare in Airdrie.
I came here to get a medical report for my new driver’s license, and I’m really glad I did! I was called in right on time — which honestly surprised me, since “please wait five minutes” feels like a national habit in Canada 😄 Dr. Joy was professional and quick, and I got my report right after the check-up. The lady at the reception was super polite and helpful. There’s even a pharmacy right next door, which is really convenient. The clinic is spacious, spotless, and gives a very trustworthy impression. A month ago I was looking for new family doctor for me and my family. Luckily I have found doctor Joy. She is very patient, attentive, and genuinely care about our well-being. During every visit, she takes the time to listen carefully to our concerns and explain things in a clear. We never feel rushed, her professionalism and kindness create a comfortable environment. The receptionist was very calm and polite. We are very grateful to have such a reliable and caring family doctor, and we highly recommend doctor Joy to anyone looking for quality healthcare.
