Though the knee injury I came in with was not severe, the team here wasted no time in finding someone that was going to help me out with the physio I need. Clair has been awesome to work with. She's patient and has an incredible attention to detail. Tailoring the work outs to my specific need, strengthening, stability and healing. Half way through my 12 week program and I can already feel the benefits and the pain going away. The staff is wonderfully and I'd fully recommend seeing anyone here.
I've had a great experience every time I visit. Jade, Aleiyah, and Tiara provide excellent service — you can tell they truly care about their clients and put real effort into offering individualised, personalised sessions. Highly recommend this team for both chiropractic and physio care
I’ve been going to Elite Care for my massages and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience every single time. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional. They really take the time to understand what you need and tailor the treatment accordingly. The whole process is completely hassle-free — from booking to check-in to the session itself. Everything runs smoothly and on time, which I really appreciate. The clinic is always clean, well organized, and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to relax the moment you walk in. I’ve always had a great experience at this clinic! The entire team is professional, welcoming, and truly cares about their patients’ progress and well-being. The facilities are always very clean, well-maintained, and have a really comfortable, inviting atmosphere. Brenda, the RMT, is absolutely amazing — knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly skilled. I always leave feeling so much better. Emily, the physiotherapist, is also fantastic. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, creates effective treatment plans, and genuinely wants to see you improve.
Adam / physiotherapy- was extremely helpful and gave me the exercises I needed to start getting through runners knee! Is the reason I'm running again instead of stuck in knee pain wishing i could be running -Thanks Adam! 😊 Jade / massage- amazing massage therapist and knows how to find those knots and troublesome places! I always come out feeling significantly more relaxed! Nina / chiropractor - greatly decreased my jaw and neck pain due to my TMJ. Made a huge difference! Also was very kind and supportive when I happened to come in one time when I was dealing with some mental health stuff ❤️ I left the session feeling alot better mentally and physically. Admin staff- always extremely kind and friendly and patient to answer any questions. Everyone is really great here and very nice and friendly too 😊 also I appreciate that they directly bill your insurance!
