Jim provided physio for me 10 years ago for a couple of years. That was quite successful. He was always very knowledgeable, relatable and super helpful. I recently had some issues for which my GP recommended that I get some physio and I noticed Jim was still practicing. He is better than ever and has given me an exercise program tailored to my needs. Excellent. I highly recommend Jim Millard.
I arrived at Pro Function West in excruciating pain for my appointment with physiotherapist, Jim Millard. As a senior, this was only my second experience with physiotherapy, so I was not only in constant pain but also quite unsure and nervous. Jim immediately put me at ease. He was an excellent listener and communicator, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and making sure I understood each step before moving on. Even during my first visit, Jim provided significant pain relief and gave me a series of simple exercises I could easily do at home. After just two appointments and consistently following his exercise program, I am completely pain free. I am incredibly grateful for Jim's expertise, professionalism, and compassionate care. He is a very kind individual. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding physiotherapist.

Jim is a friendly, knowledgeable and experienced physiotherapist. He listened to ny history and did a thorough assessment to determine the root of my issue. He treated it acutely in clinic and gave me appropriate stretches and exercises to work on at home. I would definitely recommend Jim to others looking for a kind and competent physio.
Pro function and their entire team across three locations is my go to for any physiotherapy needs. Jim’s care and knowledge is exceptional. Thanks for the time and care you’ve put into making me feel 100% again!
