Atul is a genuine, intuitive therapist and a truly good person. An accomplished author as well, he brings insight, warmth, and authenticity to everything he does. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend Atul, he has wonderful energy and is very skilled, helpful, compassionate, honest, funny and authentic. I initially went in with curiosity and hopes of dissolving any subconscious blocks/self sabotaging behaviours. I did not know what to expect or what I even really needed help with, but Atul supported me in addressing emotions and stories that I suppressed and eventually repressed. Many life events which I thought I had already overcome, still proved to have an emotional charge as the full experience was never fully processed. These suppressed and repressed parts of me subtly affected my daily life, relationships, outlook, behaviours and beliefs without me even knowing it. After a few sessions with Atul, I now feel more energized, relaxed, peaceful, centered, self-aware and accepting...both of myself, and others. Lately I have been a lot more in-tune with myself and have even been noticing my "less desired" subconscious/automatic thoughts and behaviours. Where previously I would disconnect, become angry, judgmental or shut down, I now become aware, laugh, and realize what I am doing. Instead of running away and denying parts of myself, I can stop and examine myself without judgement. I am extremely grateful to Atul because I know that the help he has provided me will serve me for the rest of my life.
I have been seeing Atul for a few months, and I can't express enough how much his support and guidance have positively impacted my life. His insightful approach and the techniques he’s introduced have helped me gain clarity, build resilience, and improve my overall well-being. Thanks to Atul's expertise, I feel more joyful in my life and have a much more positive outlook. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a compassionate and skilled therapist who truly makes a difference.

Working with Atul has been a deeply transformative journey. The therapy has brought me closer to myself and helped me channel my emotions through the subconscious mind. I’ve gained clarity, emotional balance, and a better understanding of my relationships with loved ones. Atul gently guided me to uncover hidden patterns from my past that were silently influencing my present symptoms. Through this awareness, I’ve started to feel lighter, more accepting of myself, and more at peace on every level. His approach is not just healing — it’s awakening. I’m truly grateful.
Atul is a miracle man! He is so professional and has so much experience in phycology and healing ❤️🩹 6 years ago I’ve done the therapy and by this day I feel and see the effects of it. When you go to him just have an open heart and mind and you’ll receive what you’re looking for ! (Mona S).
