I had a head to toe Swedish massage with Maria Strasky. It was the best massage I have ever had. The atmosphere in the massage room was very calming and I almost fell asleep. That’s how therapeutic it was! I cannot recommend her enough and will definitely be back, Terry.
I saw Igor this morning for a massage, but after his very perceptive questions, we decided our time would be best spent stretching out my hips, and I’m so glad we did! Such a good release, highly recommend this style of therapy for tight hips, hams and quads! Thanks Igor!
I visited Electra Health for the first time and had such a great experience! The clinic is very welcoming and accommodating~even though I was a bit late and booked my appointment on short notice, they were still so kind and understanding. The place feels clean, calming and professional. My massage therapist (CINDY) made me feel comfortable right away and the whole session was amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Electra Health to others.

I've been having deep tissue massage sessions with Cole for the past 2 years, and I can confidently say he is the BEST Registered Massage Therapist I have seen (so far, and I have seen many!). Cole is very intentional and intuitive with his work. Often, he has pointed out injuries, tension and pain location without me having said a word - it's quite impressive. He has helped heal: 1. Shoulder pain from sitting at a desk all day 2. Tightness under the left side of my rib 3. Neck pain from Judo (occurred 3 years ago) 4. An adductor injury (from 18 years ago!) It took many years to find Cole, but I'm so happy and grateful I found him (through a friend)! If you're seeking someone with knowledge and experience, who is intuitive and can apply a lot of pressure during your massage, Cole is your RMT! Fun fact: he also DJs and shares his sets :)
I was visiting Vancouver from Toronto(business trip with my husband). On a whim I booked a massage. I haven’t had a massage in years. My massage therapist was Wendy, and she made me feel very comfortable. We had a great chat, the whole massage experience was delightful, sometimes feeling the needed pressure. Well I can say that I came out of that massage feeling light and treated for joint pain, neck tension and pressure points in my spine! Thank you Wendy, it was a memorable experience. I will definitely check in again when in Vancouver!
