Our family has been with Dr. Singh since 2014, and we are very grateful for the care we have received. Dr. Singh is professional, knowledgeable, and always addresses health concerns promptly. He is also excellent at arranging specialist referrals and connecting patients with the right specialists. The entire staff is friendly and caring, but a special thank you to the receptionist who has been there for many years 🫶🏻. She is kind, patient, and incredibly professional. No matter the request, she always does her best to help and accommodate everyone with a smile. From young children to seniors, our whole extended family feels well cared for. Thank you, Dr. Singh and team, for your dedication and outstanding service!

Equally impressive is the receptionist Sarb’s ability to manage everything with great efficiency. Appointment times are not respected. You’ll be seen 40-50 minutes later. Doctors themselves are fine but the front desk staff isn’t running the place properly

Dr. Singh is an exceptional physician; attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining everything. His genuine care and expertise make every visit reassuring. The clinic is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are professional and courteous. Highly recommend for excellent care!
I don’t want to write bad for any clinic or any firm. But I want to say that the receptionist is very rude and providing worst customer service. I just called to enquire about whether they are accepting new patients or not. She said no and hung the call. She didn’t even listen my whole conversation. I think she has to first learn basic customer service skills and be polite with clients. Otherwise she should not be on this position. Very disappointing. Doctor is very nice and she is very much rude and unprofessional.
