I have been a patient at Columbia Square Dental since 2023, and my experience has been positive. The office is just a few minutes' walk from the New Westminster SkyTrain station, making it conveniently accessible, which helps on busy days. The front staff team is friendly and helpful, creating a relaxed atmosphere before dental procedures. They also communicate clearly about insurance and billing matters, helping me make informed decisions about my dental care. For my scheduled cleanings, dental hygienist Jas has been outstanding. Besides delivering excellent dental care, she offers helpful insights to support long-term health. I have learned more about preventive dental measures from her over the past few years I have been going there than from all my previous visits at other locations. When it comes to more advanced dental procedures, Dr. Amir Najafi provides excellent work, ensuring patient comfort and maintaining clear communication throughout. He also clearly explains all available treatment options before proceeding, which I appreciate. Overall, my visits to Colombia Square Dental have been pleasant and satisfying. I recommend this clinic to anyone seeking reliable dental care.
I had a wonderful experience getting my teeth cleaned today by Olivia. She was incredibly thorough, taking the time to remove every bit of tartar, and walked me through her process. She shared some great advice on improving my daily flossing routine, which I really appreciate. My teeth feel amazing and look brighter!" All the Doctors are excellent! I live in Northern BC and unfortunately do not have a local dentist. I found Columbia Square Dental last fall, while travelling to Vancouver for work. I was in town for 5 days and only available in the evenings. They put me on a cancellation list, and I was able to get a last min appointment for a cleaning. I was so greatful! I have since returned for work, with short notice, and only available in the evenings, and they were able to accommodate me, to replace fillings. Thank you! All their staff were so very kind, friendly, and trauma informed!
First time to visit here and I would say everyone was very welcoming and knowledgeable at what they do. Special shout out to Olivia for being patient and thoroughly explaining everything, will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.
