We finished treatment this week. Overall this place is good. My son’s teeth are aligned. It looks good and everything. However our experience wasn’t very pleasant. Originally when we started treatment around two years ago, we were told that we would have our insurance claim form emailed to us every month. Then we stopped getting it and they said that something was wrong with their system and that it’s not automatically sending it anymore. I had to call in every month to get it sent to me which involved dealing with the girls at the front desk. Mainly they were kind and helpful except for one. She always gave me a hard time. Always had a condescending attitude and it was like she’s doing us a favour. I also had to book regular visits, so whenever I called in and got her, she would give me a hard time booking the times we needed. Sometimes I would have to call back and speak to the other girl to get the times I needed. I’m not sure if she didn’t like us or she just hates her job, but I would’ve given this place 5 stars had we not had to deal with the drama. The rest of the staff were very helpful and kind. Dr. David and the other doctor are easy to talk to and explain everything well.

I had orthodontic treatment at this clinic, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. After my braces were removed, I told the orthodontist that I wasn’t happy with the results—my bottom teeth were not aligned properly, and it was clearly noticeable. The orthodontist asked me to wait an additional 3 months to see if things would improve, but the issue remained exactly the same. When I went back, I was told the only options were to either extract teeth or shave down some of them—both of which seemed extreme and concerning, especially after having gone through full treatment already. Even worse, the first set of retainers they gave me broke within two days. When I returned to report this, they said I had to pay again for a replacement, without even offering an apology or taking responsibility. The overall customer service felt careless and dismissive, and I left feeling unheard and dissatisfied. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic based on my experience. Basic alignment was not achieved, and the way concerns were handled after treatment was extremely poor

I finally love my teeth and it is all thanks to Dr. Alexis David! Dr. David actually listens, and looks at my teeth, planning the best option for me in the tight timeline I had before my wedding. He fixed my teeth just in time for my wedding, and he remembers me as a patient. He is kind, caring, and effective. The rest of the staff are amazing too, so friendly and caring! I started my treatment with him back in the downtown location and should have went with him when he moved to the Marlborough location. The other orthodontists I have had do not listen or care about my concerns with my teeth. So I was unhappy with the result after the end of my treatment, and went back to Dr. David here at Orthostyle Marlborough. Could not recommend this office enough, loved coming here!
