How does the Enhanced plan work?
Add a small link to ClinicFinder.ca somewhere on your website (footer, resources page, or partners section). Once we verify the link, we upgrade your listing to Enhanced. It helps both of us — you get a better profile, and we get a backlink that helps more patients discover the directory.
What does "priority placement" mean?
Featured clinics appear first on city and service pages. When a patient searches for walk-in clinics in Calgary, for example, Featured clinics are listed at the top before all Standard and Enhanced listings.
What are FAQ rich results?
Google can display your clinic's FAQs directly in search results as expandable Q&A dropdowns. This makes your listing take up more space on the search page and drives significantly more clicks. Only Featured listings get the structured data markup that enables this.
What does the limited time discount include?
Early adopters pay $30/year instead of $150/year. This rate is locked in for life — it won't increase as long as you keep your listing active. We're offering this because we're growing the directory and want to reward clinics that join early.
Can I upgrade from Enhanced to Featured later?
Absolutely. You can start with the free Enhanced plan and upgrade to Featured at any time. The limited time discount applies as long as it's still available.
How do I update my listing information?
All plans can request edits by emailing us or using the Request an Edit form. Enhanced and Featured listings get priority processing — we typically update your listing within 1-2 business days.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts. The Featured plan is billed annually and you can cancel anytime. The Enhanced plan is free for as long as you keep the ClinicFinder link on your website.
My clinic is already listed. How did you get my information?
We compile publicly available data from government health registries, OpenStreetMap, and Google. Your listing is free and you can request edits or contact us to update or remove it at any time.
